Sports & Signature Events:

• Thirteen Sporting Competitions Including: basketball, bocce, track and field, softball and the chosen introductory sport, flag football.
• The Cessna Airlift: One of the largest civilian airlifts in the world, approximately 160 private jets bringing over 800 athletes and coaches to Lincoln . At its peak, jets will be landing nearly every 2 minutes seconds.
• Final Leg Torch Run Host:  110 police officers from across the nation to run the torch through approximately 70 Nebraska communities, arriving in Nebraska, Sunday, July 11.
